How do I create an account?

How do I log in?
Click "Log In" and enter your email address. We'll send a magic link to your inbox. Click the link to sign in instantly. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
I didn't receive my login link. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, try again or contact support at info@zoomytreats.com.
How do I change my name or phone number?
Log in and go to My Account > Profile. You can update your first name, last name, and phone number there.
Can I change my email address?
Email addresses are linked to your account identity and cannot be changed self-service. Please contact us at info@zoomytreats.com if you need assistance.
How do I close my account?
Contact us at info@zoomytreats.com with your request and we'll process it for you.
My account isn't working. What should I do?
Log out, clear your browser cache, and try again. If the problem continues, contact support at info@zoomytreats.com.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose your payment method to complete the order.
How do I view my order history?
Log in and go to My Account > Orders to see all past and current orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, card payments (credit/debit), and bank transfer.
Why was my order declined or failed?
This can happen due to incorrect payment details, insufficient balance, or a bank-side issue. Double-check your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us.
I see a charge but my order failed. What do I do?
Wait 3β5 business days for your bank or e-wallet to process the reversal. If the charge doesn't disappear, contact us at info@zoomytreats.com with your receipt.
Shipping & Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We ship nationwide across the Philippines. Remote, island, or limited-service areas may take longer depending on courier routing.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated timelines from Metro Manila: Metro Manila 1β3 days Β· Luzon/GMA 2β5 days Β· Visayas 5β9 days Β· Mindanao 6β9 days. These are estimates and may vary.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use it to track your parcel through the courier's website. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
My order is late or missing. What should I do?
Check your tracking number first. If tracking shows no updates or the order appears lost, contact us at info@zoomytreats.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at info@zoomytreats.com β if your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Take photos of the parcel before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at info@zoomytreats.com with your order number and photos.
Returns & Refunds
Which items are eligible for a return or refund?
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for: damaged item upon arrival, wrong item received, missing item, defective product, or other valid concerns subject to review. We cannot accept returns for opened, used, consumed, or change-of-mind purchases.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email info@zoomytreats.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. We aim to review requests within 1β3 business days.
How long do refunds take?
Refund timelines vary depending on your payment method and bank. We'll advise you on the timeline when your request is approved.
What happens if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours at info@zoomytreats.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I cancel my order?
